Phy Adjei McCarthy is a senior communications leader dedicated to working with leading technology organisations to translate business objectives into impactful reputation management strategies.

Currently the head of external communications for BT’s Consumer division, Phy is an experienced leader with over 15 years embedded in the technology sector working with organisations including Meta, Microsoft and Samsung. Phy has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that technology companies face in managing their reputation. She is also a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
