SXSW London is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone. Accessibility is central to our planning, and we work closely with venue partners and suppliers to ensure all participants can enjoy and engage fully with the event.

Our Commitment

SXSW London 2026 will comply with the Equality Act 2010 and follow recognised accessibility standards.

We aim to:

  • Remove barriers wherever possible

  • Anticipate diverse needs

  • Make reasonable adjustments to ensure equal access

  • Continuously learn and improve

Accessibility is a shared responsibility across our entire team, from event design to on-site delivery.

Venues

SXSW London 2026 will take place across carefully selected existing venues in Shoreditch, chosen with accessibility in mind.

Our team works closely with each venue to provide detailed information on entrances, facilities, and transport options. This ensures attendees can plan their visit with confidence and make the most of the accessible features each venue offers. Detailed information on each venue, including entrances, facilities, and transport options, will be available through our app.

Carer Passes

Please email hello@sxswlondon.com if you require a carer pass for a carer to accompany you to the festival, and we will be able to ensure you can obtain a pass provided the relevant requirements are met.

Getting in Touch

If you have accessibility requirements or would like to discuss support before or during the event, please contact us at hello@sxswlondon.com.

We encourage attendees to get in touch at their earliest opportunity so we can provide personalised information or make reasonable adjustments where possible.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

We welcome feedback from attendees, staff, and partners.

If you have suggestions or experience anything you think we can improve during your SXSW London experience, please email hello@sxswlondon.com. Your insights help us improve accessibility for future events.
