Natalia has been London / Hackney-based for the past 17 years. She leads a neuroscience-led storytelling consultancy, Natalka Design, specialising in helping leaders simplify complexity with their high-stakes problem solving. She works globally with top brands, firms and government agencies to impact strategies, secure capital and win multi-million-pound pitches through strategic advisory, visual execution and training with the mission: "to help you feel seen and understood". A global keynote and 6-time TedX speaker, Natalia has also spoken at SXSW Austin and Sydney. She's also launched multiple creative fringe projects which fuel and inspire the business, eg: Doodleledo creative sessions, GOOD SOULS community dinners, and VisuAIse Futures creative AI experience for teams.
