Max Whitlock OBE is the most successful British artistic gymnast in history, most successful pommel horse worker of all time, and three-time Olympic champion. He was the first British gymnast to win an Olympic gold medal (Rio 2016), and has amassed six Olympic medals across a decorated career spanning four Olympic Games, culminating in his retirement after Paris 2024. He announced he was coming out of retirement in late 2025 and plans to compete in LA 2028.
