For every highlight reel, there’s a quieter story playing out in locker rooms, carpools and on the sidelines - about subtle bullying, small exclusions and unspoken pressure that often go unnoticed. Drawing on new research capturing children’s experiences in sports, this session introduces STRIVE Stars - a movement empowering coaches, athletes, parents and communities to make youth sports culture safer, stronger and kinder through values-led behavior. Because better sports build better people - and better people build a better world.
