Iona regularly drafts complex agreements relating to branding, marketing and development of technology. Iona advises on working with influencers, product design and product packaging claims, with a particular interest in environmental claims and greenwashing.

Iona has significant experience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry and is engaged in Freeths’ specialist Beauty and Personal Care offering. Iona has acted for a number of global Beauty & Personal Care brands, including having spent a year on secondment working with three major skin care brands.
