Fruzsina is the Managing and Festival Director of SUPERBLOOM at Munich's historic Olympic Park and Stadium. In 2024, she also returned as Festival Director of Lollapalooza Berlin, a role she held from 2015 to 2020, where she helped launch and develop the first European edition of the iconic US festival brand. Previously, she spent seven years as Program and Artistic Director of Hungary’s renowned Sziget Festival.
A dedicated advocate for cultural exchange and social impact through music, Fruzsina co-founded CEETEP (now part of the European Talent Exchange Program) and the industry-wide 'Take A Stand' movement, promoting diversity, inclusion, and tolerance across festivals and agencies. She also played a key role in founding the Hungarian Music Export Office and the first Central-Eastern European showcase festival, RegiON.
Fruzsina is a board member of Yourope, the European Festival Association, and a frequent speaker and lecturer on festival curation, cultural leadership, and event management. Her accolades include the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres from France and the European Festival Award for Excellence and Passion.
Born in Budapest and raised in Munich, Fruzsina began her career in the music industry at 18 as a band and tour manager, driven by a passion for meaningful, soulful festival experiences.
