Growing up gay in a small town in the UK, Lostchild felt a massive sense of otherness, and it has carried over into his adult life and his art. Making music allowed him to escape into a world of dark electronic pop, expressing complex but raw emotions, often in a disarmingly honest way.

The Lostchild of today identifies most accurately as a Lost King...forever anxious and self-deprecating but now aware of his own power. Whether producing his own music, or producing for others, Lostchild always aims to provide a musical home for the outsiders and outcast in the world.
