Committed to building infrastructure around UK R&B, in 2015 DJ Ace co-founded The RecordBox / Everything RNB (ERNB), a music consultancy and creative agency, alongside business partner Bernice Maria Billi John.
Everything RNB began as a live event spotlighting the UK’s finest emerging R&B talent. Since its inception, the platform has expanded significantly, curating festival stages across the UK, Europe, and the USA in collaboration with globally recognised brands including SXSW, Live Nation, Warner Bros, and Universal. Through its Academy, Everything RNB has played a pivotal role in kickstarting the careers of numerous artists, facilitating major label deals, brand partnerships, and transatlantic musical collaborations.
Having hosted annual showcases at SXSW in Austin, Texas, ERNB has established itself as a dynamic platform and community designed to uplift R&B artists and increase their visibility both at home and abroad. From the studio to the stage, DJ Ace continues to be a vital force in shaping the future of R&B, celebrating its roots, amplifying its voices, and taking UK R&B to the world.
