Richard Oakley is a Principal in the Deep Tech at Oxford Science Enterprises (OSE), an independent investment company and venture builder that exists to transform Oxford’s cutting-edge scientific research into companies to tackle the world’s greatest challenges.

Prior to beginning his career in venture capital, he founded, led and exited several software startups.
