Lee Lindley

Lee Lindley is an investor at Mercia Ventures, where they focus on late Seed and Series A investments across Life Sciences, HealthTech and DeepTech, including AI-enabled software and computer vision. Since joining Mercia in 2021, Lee has returned to a first love: science-led innovation.

Previously, Lee worked in Corporate Finance at PwC, advising predominantly in healthcare before spending two years on M&A transactions across energy and digital infrastructure. Their career began on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, where they qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.

Lee studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, specialising in Cognitive Neuroscience, and holds a Master’s in Research Methods from the University of Manchester.
