Charles Sekwalor
Founder, Movemeback
Charles Sekwalor is an entrepreneur, investor, and creator working at the intersection of human potential, technology, and narrative. Manufactured in the UK, sourced from Ghana, and distributed globally, he focuses on how talent is seen, organised, and activated at scale.
He is the founder of Movemeback, a Google-backed platform connecting over 100,000 African and diaspora professionals across 170+ countries to market-shifting opportunities. His work reframes Africa from perceived risk to unrealised asset, shaping conversations on the future of work, identity, and global participation.
Alongside systems-building, Charles treats narrative as infrastructure. He was Executive Producer of 22+1, a short film on Black maternal health. Trained at Imperial College and a former McKinsey consultant, he works globally translating insight into action.
