Will Richmond-Coggan

Will specialises in data protection, AI and technology disputes, undertaking a wide range of high value and complex litigation, often with an international element. He has litigated up to Supreme Court level and is regularly instructed in large scale group litigation arising from data breaches and cyber incidents. He is a nationally recognised thought leader on issues relating to data, cyber-security and emerging technology, and highly in demand as a speaker and commentator in these areas.

Other specialisms include online safety, media and reputation cases, and advisory work for established and emerging companies grappling with data- or privacy-intensive technologies (federated social, metaverse, AI, VR, and facial recognition).
