Steffi is responsible for setting the agenda and ensuring design excellence for some of the most beloved snacking brands, such as M&M'S, Snickers, Extra/Orbit gum and Skittles. Curious and fascinated by how we experience the sensory world and design as part of that, she embraced neuroscience to illuminate the human truth and emotional clarity behind how to make interactions with brands more compelling and rewarding. Born and raised in China, she has lived in Europe and is a long-time Chicagoan.
