Ruthi Aladjem

Ruthi Aladjem, PhD, is the Chief Product Strategist at Corundum Neuroscience, where she leads the development of innovative neurotechnology solutions aimed at redefining health and expanding human potential. She originally joined the organization as an Entrepreneur in Residence, identifying future-facing product opportunities emerging from advanced scientific research. Before CNS, Ruthi co-founded Knowsome, an AI-driven microlearning platform that pioneered fully automated, personalized, and serendipitous learning experiences. She also served as Director of Learning Design at University of the People, a nonprofit university dedicated to expanding global access to higher education, and held senior roles in product innovation and strategy across multiple startups. With a PhD in Learning Technologies and a background in psychology and anthropology, Ruthi works at the nexus of science, technology, and user-centered design. She brings a rare blend of visionary thinking, scientific rigor, and creative execution to every initiative. Her current focus lies in leveraging neuroscience and technology to enhance sleep, cognition, and mental health. At SXSW, Ruthi will lead a forward-looking conversation on the future of sleep and neurotechnology—exploring how sleep can be transformed from a restorative state into a powerful tool for cognitive enhancement, longevity, and diagnostics.
