Richard Davies

Richard is CEO of Allica, a digital bank focused on established SMEs that has lent over £3bn since launching in 2020, and named by Sifted in 2024 as the fastest growing startup in Europe.

Previously he was COO at Revolut, as it scaled from 5 million to 15 million customers and launched in various new geos, and he was the inaugural CEO at OakNorth.
