Paul is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience across UK and global markets, with a specific depth of experience in Communications, Government, Defence, and Security. He started his career in the Military and delivered outstanding results as a CEO and Group MD running international technology businesses for Racal, Thales, Serco and Cobham. He also has an excellent track record in business turnarounds, product launches, and securing significant contracts, including winning over £5bn of new business. He has also taken on pro-bono and charitable work, for six years he was the co-chair of the MOD’s DSF Capability Management working group and he was Ranulph Fiennes’ technology leader for the first ever attempt to cross the Antarctic in polar winter.
