Paige Fitzgerald is the Chief Operating Officer at Patreon, where she leads Patreon's Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Legal teams. Prior to Patreon, she was most recently a General Manager at Block, in which capacity she led strategic, operations, sales, marketing, SMB and technical teams across Afterpay and Cash App. Previously she was the Head of Commercial at Cash App, where she built Cash App's advertising and payments businesses. Before Block, Paige launched and scaled new products and led operating and business teams at Airbnb, Waymo, and Waze. She also spent time at McKinsey & Company and in several roles in the public sector, including as a Special Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Energy. Paige earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
