Oliver Gregson joined in 2025 as CEO, Wealth Management and is responsible for the Group’s global wealth strategy and oversight of Cazenove Capital, Benchmark and Schroders Wealth Management.
Prior to joining, Oliver worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as Regional Head of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Ireland where he repositioned the business and drove the bank’s expansion into new markets, that delivered material strategic growth. His career in Wealth spans over 20 years, working at HSBC, Citigroup, UBS and Barclays Wealth, holding senior roles across the UK, Europe and international markets.
