Olaolu Slawn

Artist

At just 25, London-based artist Olaolu Slawn, a 2024 GQ Men of the Year honoree, is redefining contemporary art. His dynamic practice spanning graffiti, murals, pop-infused canvases, and bold caricatures fuses disruptive storytelling with vibrant, kinetic energy. Dubbed “the most talked-about young artist” by GQ, the Nigerian-born talent has experienced a meteoric rise both within and beyond the art world.

In 2023, he became the youngest artist ever to design the BRIT Awards Britannia statuette, and his work has found a place in the collections of cultural icons including Kim Kardashian, Travis Scott, Janet Jackson, Central Cee, and the Rubell Family.

Slawn has collaborated with globally recognised brands such as Burberry, Rolex, and Nike, leaving his mark on the FA Cup Trophy, the Brit Awards, and the 2025 Red Bull Silverstone bespoke racing car and Hugo’s capsule collection. His artistry has graced the pages of i-D, Dazed, Hunger Magazine, and British Vogue.

In 2024, Artsy named him the top artist influencing the commercial art world, citing a staggering 1,082% growth in visibility.
