Marjolein Cremer is Policy Advisor Arts & Culture at the City of Amsterdam, specialises in European and international cultural affairs. Previously, she worked at the European Cultural Foundation advocating for cultural policy on Dutch and EU level. She has extensive experience in cultural heritage, cultural and creative industries, working across philanthropy, NGOs, and government to bridge local initiatives with European frameworks ensuring cultural policies address broader societal and inclusion challenges.
