Maria Sayans is CEO of ustwo games, the BAFTA-winning studio behind Monument Valley, and Chair of UKIE, the British trade body for videogames.
She has been part of making beautiful games since 2001, across AAA console games, online worlds, VR, mobile games... from huge international companies to indie studios.
One day, when she is a little old lady, she hopes to make games about god and death and all that jazz.
