Marcia Williams is a senior People and Culture leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning Film, Television, Law, Central Government, Engineering, Transport, Further and Higher Education, in a range of pioneering senior inclusion, talent and development roles.
As the Director of Equity & Inclusion Director at Channel 4, she spearheads the development and delivery of our enterprise-wide ‘Equity by Design’ strategy, driving focus and impact internally and externally, on- and off-screen, and ensuring Channel 4 remains proudly a progressive and inclusive employer. She is a regular speaker and panellist and is also a Board member of the broadcasting industry’s Creative Diversity Network (CDN). She has built her career around helping purpose-led organisations work through complexity, uncertainty and challenge to deliver sustainable, innovative and award-winning people-centred culture change.
