Laura is the Director of Brand Partnerships at BBC Studios, the global commercial arm of the BBC. Laura leads a team building bespoke branded content and connecting commercial partners with sponsorship opportunities across some of the BBC's best-known brands including Bluey, BBC Earth, Top Gear, Doctor Who and more. Laura joined BBC Studios in 2017, and has worked across both editorial and commercial roles, driving digital strategy and commissioning award-winning content for BBC Studios' biggest brands.
Beyond brands, during the last 8 years Laura developed a pioneering internship scheme designed to create a route into media for under-represented groups, and sat on the BBC Studios Next Generation Board, aimed at re-inventing the BBC for the next generation.
Previous to joining BBC Studios Laura spent four years agency-side, working for the GAIN group building digital strategies and social content for household-name brands across a variety of industries including Barbour, Westfield, Mitchells & Butlers, Del Monte, Godiva, Breast Cancer Now and more.
