Katie Debrah is an Executive Creative Director, Strategist, and Founder of Halo & Echo, the studio behind HypeMuse.

HypeMuse is an AI creative strategy platform for mid-to-enterprise-level brands, agencies, and labels. It helps teams pinpoint why videos get skipped, and clarifies how to generate better performing social videos and paid ads in a way creatives understand.

Katie brings 15 years of experience across music, advertising, video strategy, and creative technology. At Google, she co-created and scaled EMEA’s creative advertising function, becoming one of the company’s leading authorities on short-form video best practice.

Across her career, Katie has generated $1.3B+ in commercial revenue by scaling ad production and AI creative products, trained 3,500+ professionals across 30 markets, and led teams behind more than 1,500 YouTube ads.

A BIMA 100 honouree and RIAA Gold-certified creative, she also co-authored the UK’s first AI Standards for Creative Industries through the BIMA AI Council.

In music and entertainment, she has led campaigns for artists including Tyla, Latto, and Tate McRae, and cultural marketing moments for Rihanna and Billie Eilish.

In under two years, Halo & Echo has worked with Music Tech UK, Innovate UK, Channel 4, Sony Music UK, AI Summit, The Alan Turing Institute, BSI, GLL Group, UCL, and Digital Catapult.
