Juan Cacace is Director of Space & Connectivity at Access Partnership, a frontier technology consultancy specialising in AI, Space and Health. Working at the intersection of space, policy, and global connectivity to shape the next phase of the space economy, Juan leads international engagements for governments, multilateral organisations, and industry leaders, advising on the regulatory and policy frameworks underpinning satellite communications, digital infrastructure, and emerging space technologies.
Operating across global institutions including the United Nations and the European Union, Juan represents clients on some of the most pressing challenges in space governance and connectivity, from market access and spectrum policy to the role of space in enabling resilient, inclusive digital ecosystems.
He is a frequent speaker at international forums and contributes to global discussions on the future of space and connectivity. He holds degrees in Political Science and Law, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
