Josh Mateer

JoshMateer is the Founder of the newly launched Actual Records. Previously, he served as Head of A&R for TikTok’s SoundOn, where he led signing strategy and artist development across EMEA.

Josh has also held A&R and marketing roles at Warner Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment across London and Los Angeles in the decade prior to his work at SoundOn.
