With over 25 years of experience in the global music industry, Jenni has built a career rooted in live events, talent programming, and meaningful collaboration. She is known for her strong work ethic, her ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships, and her commitment to leading with integrity.

Jenni is the Co-Founder and CEO of Getahead, a mental health and wellbeing non-profit supporting the music industry. Alongside this, she runs Work Inspired Consultancy, where she partners with leading UK and international festivals and event organisations. She launched Getahead in 2018 while serving as Director of Culture & Partnerships at AEI Group. Prior to this, Jenni spent many years working across the live sector, beginning her careerin Ibiza at just 17. She continued to work on the island throughout her university years, where she graduated with honours in Textiles & Fashion Design Management. After university, her passion for music and events became her primary focus, leading her to produce and programme events worldwide for some of the industry’s most recognised brands, including Renaissance, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Pacha, and UKF.

Jenni is a Senior Talent Booker at Exit Festival, where she contributes across their global festival portfolio and supports the development of new projects. She also serves as CEO of the Bridge Conference, an innovative music and technology event held in Umag, Croatia.

In addition, Jenni is entering her fifth year working with MDLBEAST in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Booker and Talent Programmer for XP Music Futures. In this role, she contributes to shaping the future of music and education in the region, helping to build a more sustainable and forward-thinking music ecosystem. She also manages London-based DJ and production duo Nichols+Roark.
