Ian Shakil has a track record of innovation in wearables, smartglasses, and digital health.
After graduating from Stanford in 2012, he cofounded Augmedix with a mission to rehumanize healthcare, pioneering the world's first "Ambient AI" solution for clinicians. Augmedix raised $80M and scaled its global team to over 2,000.
He helped steer the company’s Nasdaq listing in 2020 and has since orchestrated Augmedix’s acquisition by Commure, where he serves as CSO.
Shakil currently lives in San Francisco.
