Harry Horsfall

Harry Horsfall is the CEO and co-founder of Flight3, an award-winning Web3 marketing agency formerly known as Zebu Digital, acquired by Steven Bartlett’s FlightStory in 2023. With a career spanning over a decade in marketing, Harry has been at the forefront of the crypto and blockchain industry since 2011, organising his first crypto event in 2013.

During his time at university, Harry founded Hijacked, a regionally acclaimed music festival, showcasing his talent for executing large-scale events. This expertise has evolved into the leadership of Zebu Live, London’s largest Web3 event. His passion for Web3 is matched by extensive experience: as one of the earliest marketing hires at Luno, Harry played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 800,000 to over 10 million users before its acquisition by Barry Silbert’s Digital Currency Group (DCG).

In addition to his success in marketing, Harry has co-founded and launched two DeFi dApps, demonstrating his commitment to innovation in a space poised for generational transformation. His expertise and foresight make him a recognised thought leader in the Web3 ecosystem.
