Eva Omaghomi

Founder

Forster Jones & Associates

Following a distinguished 17-year career in the royal household, including as the King’s first ever director of community engagement, Eva Omaghomi has taken her career to new heights by founding her own elite strategic communications agency. One of her first clients is the Hollywood star Idris Elba.

Eva unveiled her business, Forster Jones & Associates, in January this year. The agency, which takes its name from Eva’s Sierra Leonean maternal grandfather, specialises in “strategic communications advice, cultural competency insights and facilitating connections within the creative industries.” Her clients include Elba’s suite of companies, IE7 and The Akuna Group. She also remains an official adviser to King Charles on community engagement matters.

Prior to the move, Eva was a key member of the royal household, playing a pivotal role at landmark events. She began in 2007 as a press officer for the then Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, and Prince Harry. Her tenure has seen her lead cultural strategies for milestone moments such as the King and Queen’s Coronation, state visits to more than 60 countries, and historic engagements with presidents Obama, Trump, Xi Jinping, and global icons including Nelson Mandela. She was instrumental in orchestrating the King’s first outgoing state visits to France and Kenya and has played a pivotal role at events such as COP Summits, Commonwealth Games, and incoming state visits from key global leaders.

Decorated as Commander of the Royal Victorian Order by the Queen in 2017 for her service to the Royal Family, she was also part of the Clarence House team who managed all media plans for the marriage of the then Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in 2011.

Eva serves as co-chair of the SXSW London Advisory Council, board adviser to award-winning visual effects company Untold Studios, and is an ordained reverend.
