Elle is Head of Strategy at People Made, a global brand culture agency that helps businesses build better brands and positive cultures to fuel growth and drive change. She is an award-winning brand and culture strategist, who specialises in building workplaces of the future.

Elle brings a holistic approach to brand, having worked across a wide range of brand transformation, employee and customer experience projects for the likes of Arsenal FC, Jaguar Land Rover, IHG and Sony Music Group. Most recently she completed a research project involving over a hundred C-suite leaders, HR specialists and employees from organisations around the world. Her ‘Time to Redesign’ report is now being used by businesses from FTSE 100s to startups to help women thrive in the workplace, an area of focus where Elle continues to unearth innovative thinking to create bold new realities.
