 With over two decades of global experience across Unilever, Reckitt, PepsiCo, and Pernod Ricard, Deb has built a career at the forefront of modern brand leadership. Her work has consistently combined cultural intelligence with commercial discipline, helping brands stay distinctive, contemporary, and meaningfully connected to the people they serve.

 At PepsiCo Europe, she played a pivotal role in transforming Pepsi from a legacy soft drink brand into a youth-first cultural platform rooted in music, entertainment, and contemporary culture. It reflected a capability that has defined her leadership ever since; understanding where culture is moving, recognizing what audiences respond to, and translating that into brand strategies that drive both relevance and growth.

Her tenure as Global Vice President of Absolut Vodka, based in Stockholm, further cemented that approach. Tasked with revitalising one of the world’s most iconic brands, she helped bring Absolut back into the cultural conversation through bold and unexpected collaborations - from Absolut Warhol and Absolut Haring to Absolut Heinz and Absolut Tabasco - showing how creativity, when grounded in strategic clarity, can unlock renewed momentum for established brands.
