His experience includes the creation of a global database with over 600 AI soft law programs and one of the first systematic reviews on the impact of AI on law in the US. Carlos is the Policy Lead for Agentic AI & Google Labs, Google's experimental platform where users can test early-stage cutting edge AI prototypes, features and products.
