Anthony Waller

Anthony is a partner in the Corporate M&A and VC Team at CMS London. Anthony is the Co-Head of CMS’ market leading practice focussed on the TMT sector. Anthony has spent more than 20 years of his career advising entrepreneurs, investors and acquirers of high-growth owner managed business in the TMT sector as they build to scale and then ultimately exit.​

Anthony is the co-founder of the firm’s highly-successful global start-up programme CMS equIP | Helping Start-ups scale . The programme supports a select cohort of start-ups based across more than twenty jurisdictions providing not only legal support and guidance but access to resources and a wide range of third-party benefits. ​

Anthony has expertise in all aspects of corporate work, with particular focus on fundraisings, venture capital investments, private company acquisitions and disposals. Anthony works alongside the firm’s international Corporate team.
