Anthony has spent more than20 years of his career advising entrepreneurs,investorsand acquirers of high-growth ownermanaged business in the TMT sector as they build to scale and then ultimately exit.
Anthony is the co-founder of the firm’s highly-successful global start-up programmeCMSequIP|Helping Start-ups scale. The programme supports a select cohort of start-ups based across morethan twentyjurisdictionsproviding not only legal support and guidance but access to resourcesand a wide range of third-party benefits.
Anthony hasexpertisein all aspects of corporate work, with particular focus on fundraisings,venture capital investments, private companyacquisitionsand disposals. Anthony works alongsidethe firm’s international Corporate team.
