Andy Ayim MBE has spent his career at the intersection of people, capital, and culture, from management consulting at EY to MD of Backstage Capital, where he raised millions to invest into early stage startups from underrepresented backgrounds. Today, he works with organisations including Google, Tesco and AXA Partners as a leadership facilitator and keynote speaker, helping leaders reconnect with what actually drives performance. He received an MBE for services to inclusion in the UK technology sector.
