Alison Shadrack is the Founder and CEO of Adia PR, the PR Agency for Disruptive Entrepreneurs and Thought Leaders, helping entrepreneurs around the world to build brand awareness and improve their own visibility, credibility and reputation. Adia’s clients are regularly featured in the top tier of the media world, and they’re frequently winners of coveted business awards.
Recognised as a leading PR expert, Alison was selected by Enterprise Nation and Experian as a Top 50 Business Adviser and Top 5 PR Adviser. In her early career, Alison worked for Accenture in London, a property firm in New York and the European Commission in Brussels.
A serial entrepreneur and investor, Alison started her first business back in 2000, launching one of the first e-commerce sites, supplying high quality Italian artisan food. This is where she first understood the power of PR for small businesses - her business grew quickly thanks to weekly coverage in national newspapers and food and drink magazines.
In her voluntary role as the Chair of the Institute of Directors in Essex (2020-2022), Alison hosted and spoke at numerous business events with business leaders and MPs and facilitated mastermind sessions with IoD members.
Alison is a Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs and volunteers her time to support the Entrepreneurs' Award in Social Innovation (EASI) programme.

- Business Mentor at Joseph Valente’s Millionaire Mastermind events held throughout 2024-2025 at The Gherkin, London – an exclusive community of scale-up entrepreneurs.
- Elite Business Live 2026 – Alison gave a keynote talk on “PR in the Age of AI - Become The Brand that Humans Trust and AI Recommends" at the live 2-day event held at The Leonardo Royal Hotel, St Paul's, London.
- Chair of The Beauty Leaders Summit in Paris, a 2-day event, attended by senior leaders from L’Oreal, Lush, L’Occitane, Proctor & Gamble, Guerlain, and many other companies in the beauty industry. Alison chaired and facilitated the panel sessions throughout.
