Tom's decade-long career in entertainment, advertising and design has included stints at Ogilvy, FCB and Droga5, before joining creative company Baby Teeth as Managing Director. At Baby Teeth, he partners with brands, talent and organisations to create entertainment that builds cultural and commercial value. 

He believes strategic rigour, boundary-pushing creative, and strong relationships are the perfect ingredients for business and brand-driving magic. His work has been recognised at award shows globally, including at Cannes, D&AD and One Show.
