NHS Clinical Entrepreneurship Programme - Rising Stars in Health Tech
Three founders. Three ways to reinvent the NHS from the inside.
Alex Trewby's Apian spun out of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and is now running the world's most prominent drone delivery service in central London for the NHS, cutting journeys from half an hour to minutes. Natasha Davendralingam founded Anubix to modernise death investigation, replacing invasive autopsies with post-mortem CT imaging to give families faster, more dignified answers. And Anthony Hannides built Heal Music, a music wellness app that uses biometric data and AI to show users how their bodies respond to music in real time, now backed by the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme.
Chaired by Tony Young, Innovation Lead for the NHS, this session gets honest about what it actually takes to build and scale health tech within one of the world's most complex healthcare systems and how accelerator and incubator programmes can be the difference between a great idea and a product that reaches patients.
