Elie Low heads the International Festivals department at leading global talent, entertainment and sports company UTA, based in the London office. Since joining the company in July 2018 as an assistant in the Music Touring department, Low has steadily risen through the ranks, launching UTA’s International Festival department in June 2023. In his current role, he oversees the department’s growth and development, managing international festival strategy, information flow, and execution for the agency’s global music roster.

Originally from Brussels, Belgium, Low grew up between Belgium and the United States before relocating to London in December 2015. His international background informs his dynamic approach to the global live music industry, where he manages key relationships with festival bookers, artist managers, and clients across multiple territories.
