After cutting experience with names like Chase & Status and Jordan Rakei, Harry Ling a.k.a Mackwood has already carved out a versatile niche between his disciplines of drumming, production and songwriting.

With an affinity for progressive Jazz, beatmaking and alternative dancefloor rhythms, Mackwood combines the cream of UK and international Jazz pedigree with London’s burgeoning player/producer elite.

His upcoming music continues the UK’s celebrated tradition of crossover sounds with a strikingly deft ear for sonic detail.

Mackwood has made festival appearances at Lost Village, We Out Here and Love Supreme and played additional packed shows at the Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scott’s and Jazz Re:Freshed.

He is also a core member of The Silhouettes Project and 11-piece Levitation Orchestra, featured at We Out Here, London Jazz Festival, Jazz á La Villette in Paris and a headline slot at Brainchild.
