Five years after a pink yacht was moored in the centre of Oxford Circus, Costa Prize winning author Monique Roffey talks to Clare Farrell, cofounder of Hard Art and Extinction Rebellion, on how a fringe movement managed to shape mainstream ideas around the climate.
