Call to Action for Creatives and Culture

In previous times of peril the cultural and creative sector came together to inspire positive action for people and planet -  to fight famines, the AIDS emergency and to secure the Paris Climate  agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals.   Why is there not more evidence of that response today? What is misfiring in the zeitgeist and engines of cultural creation? How can we now positively  respond  to  re-inspire a movement for informed hope for people and planet.
