Rob Harrison is an A&R at Island EMI and founder of Listen Generously. A student of pop culture, Rob is A&R for boyband December 10, who were formed by Simon Cowell on his hit Netflix series, The Next Act. Previously, Rob created, developed, and signed FLO, the GRAMMY-nominated British girl group. After FLO won the BRITs Rising Star Award and BBC Sound Poll, Rob was nominated for Manager of the Year at the Music Week Awards. He started his label, Listen Generously, to develop artists in an inclusive and safe environment.
