Kimi Otsuka
Artist Development /Promoter & Music Curator, Mother Superior/Elegia
Kimi founded her independent artist development agency, Mother Superior, after a long career working behind the scenes at London venue Fabric and venue group Broadwick live. With a previous background in artist management, she now works across events, bookings, artist career development, and strategic campaigns. Working with electronic acts and DJs, she focuses on supporting and nurturing underground scenes and artists to build sustainable careers without losing what makes them unique. Kimi is also involved in multiple projects across the industry, including promoting body music, synth, and post-punk club & live events under the names Elegia and MIIM in Manchester and London, alongside label management and A&R.
