Holly is an experienced music industry executive with nearly 10 years of experience across A&R, major labels, and management.
She is currently Manager and Head of A&R at Hall Or Nothing whose roster includes Wet Leg, Manic Street Preachers etc. where she manages Girl Group (BoysBoysBoys/Polydor) and Pixie McCann (independent).
Outside of work, she sit on the UK Music Futures Board, with a special interest in working across policy and diversity. Previously, she set up a mentoring project with She Said So, a global community of women, gender nonconforming people and allies in the music industry.
The mentorship scheme, we.grow, has now collaborated with brands including ADE, the MPA, Sonos and PRS.
