Hatice Arici

Hatice Arıcı, the Programming Lead at Paribu Art Performing Arts and Cultural Center (Istanbul), has over 15 years of experience in the music industry, working across roles including promoter, booking agent, event manager, programmer, curator, radio host, A&R, label coordinator and musician.

Previously, she worked as Programming Executive & Booker at Zorlu Performing Arts Center, Head of Promoting at Charmenko (Turkey & Eastern Europe), and Agency Director at Charmworks, representing 60+ international acts. She has also served as Brand Manager & Event Director at Audioban, managed and toured 40+ bands across Türkiye and Europe, and is the co-founder of the independent music label Hexe Music.
Hatice has been a radio host at Açık Radyo, Radyo Modyan, and Ayıbedenler Radyo. She is a board member of Türkiye Caz Ağı (Türkiye Jazz Network) and a member of the Europe Jazz Network and Independent Music Producers Network.
In parallel, she has 12+ years of experience as an Architect & Project Manager, specializing in design & build, fit-out, and project management, working with global clients.
Outside of work, she lives with two cats (Selami & Düdüş) and one dog (Lucifer), collects music merchandise, and has a serious enthusiasm for extremely hot peppers and pickles"
