Eunice Obianagha
Founder/Head of Diversity, ENSPRE Management/UK Music
Eunice Obianagha is the Founder of ENSPIRE Management, a project and event management consultancy specialising in Music, Culture, Community and Entertainment. She has overseen landmark projects for prestigious organisations like the MOBO Group, where she serves as Show Producer and Director of Events for the MOBO Awards which has been broadcasted internationally on platforms like BBC, ITV, Viacom, and YouTube and taken place in arenas across the UK.
Under ENSPIRE, Eunice’s portfolio extends to commercial clients like Pinterest, Ted Baker, and Pattern by Tracee Ellis Ross, showcasing her ability to deliver high-calibre services. She has also successfully project-managed corporate events for NBC Universal and music related productions in different locations in Nigeria, including the first production in Nigeria of ITV’s ‘The Voice’.
As Head of Diversity at UK Music, Eunice has the strategic role of driving diversity initiatives for the UK music industry.
She also serves as chairwoman of Small Green Shoots, Board Member of Liverpool’s Local Visitor Economy Partnership, is a member of the BRIT Awards Voting Academy and a Music Advisor for the PRS Foundation.
