Elena Beltrami is the Director of La Linea – The London Latin Music Festival – and Como No, the UK’s leading promoter of music from Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.
For over 30 years, Como No has served as a vital cultural bridge between Latin America and the UK. Now a National Portfolio Organisation supported by Arts Council England, the company has presented some of the most influential Latin artists on iconic London stages from Royal Albert Hall to Southbank centre, from 02 to the Barbican — including Gilberto Gil, Seu Jorge, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Lila Downs, Buena Vista Social Club, Silvia Pérez Cruz, Jorge Drexler, Natalia Lafourcade, Mon Laferte, Café Tacvba, Ana Tijoux, and many more.
Elena is an experienced UK-based music promoter and booker, whose work is defined by a strong commitment to cultural exchange, diversity, and community. Through her curatorial vision and leadership at La Linea Festival and Como No, she has championed international collaboration and played a key role in supporting the growth and visibility of Latin American music within the UK’s live music landscape.
